About us

Accepta Oy, formerly Herlitz Oy, is a wholesaler of paper, school, and office supplies operating at an easily accessible location in industrial park Moreeni, in Hämeenlinna, Finland.
Our company was established in 1993, employing only two persons, and the company was part of the German Herlitz Group during the years 1994–2009. We currently have about 20 employees.
In addition to a wide range of paper, school, and office supplies, our product range includes a variety of mailing and packaging supplies; computer, printing, and mobile accessories; a variety of reflectors; serving and invitation supplies, as well as customised logo products and business gifts. In addition to these, we offer complete, personalised product range proposals, shelving solutions and, if necessary, shelf stocking service for both corporate customers and retailers.
We invest in the environmental friendliness of our products, and efforts have been made to manufacture our products without straining the environment. Our selection mainly includes products from suppliers with environmental and quality certifications to ensure ethical operation and, consequently, high product quality. We collaborate with WWF Green Office and WWF on paper, writing, and reflective products, and our range includes a variety of FSC-certified products.

We provide service, products, possible product development, and product acquisition according to the customer’s requirements, as well as delivery, selection design, i.e., the drawing of shelf images, product analysis, and a maintenance service.

All of the above-mentioned operations and solutions are designed together with the customer.

We make an effort to operate as cost-effectively as possible and to continuously develop our operations according to customer needs.

We provide you with fast year-round deliveries (no empty shelves), accurate deliveries (correct barcodes, systematically checked delivery contents, secure product availability), as well as the best delivery time and rate (how many out of hundred and time from order to shelf).
